At 211 degrees, water is hot.  At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water comes steam.  And steam can power a locomotive.  One extra degree makes all the difference.  
And, the one extra degree of effort in life separates the good....

Puzzle Help!

Changing mixed numbers to improper fractions can be a tough puzzle to figure it out.  Have a look at this video for some clues.  We'll talk more about this tomorrow in class.  So don't worry if it doesn't stick.
