Sir Nicholas Winton rescued and found homes for almost 700 Jewish children destined for a Nazi death camp during World War II. This clip takes place 50 years after the rescue. Watch to find out how they thanked him.
That was extremely nice of him to do that. That takes a lot of commitment to do that. 700 people to me seems like a lot of people for me. That's really brave and I thank him of that.
I think this is really touching. This guy seems to have improved the world greatly.
ReplyDeleteTo save so many people would take so much bravery. Sometimes when I hear about these world war 2 heroes, I wonder how come they are so brave.
