This is an yummy/interesting video! Using cookies makes my mouth water! (Maybe I should go steal some from the kitchen.) I never knew that butter was a emulsion. I like how they used fun things to show people so that people don't get bored. (Well at least I can say I didn't get bored.) So glad that people make videos like this.
