I agree with you Vainavi! Sometimes I just don't get the problem, sometimes I think I get the problem, Mrs. Clayton marks it wrong, I look at it another time, then I feel like, what was I thinking!
This is exactly what I do. It's with word problems with, like Vainavi said, fancy language that gets me thinking why do I need to know this and what does this mean.

Same with me Young Seo, every time I get a question like this one i'm like oh my god! My strategy that i'm trying to do is re-read the question. I use this strategy for word problems only because I think it helps more.
