It seems like forever ago that we were talking about Wonder and creating our precepts. Here's a reminder of what some other folks thought were important to remember in life.
I enjoyed reading those different precepts. They had good lessons and things that we should be aware of in life. I think that I could possibly use these in situations. I am so glad that we had a wall of words. I wonder if people will keep on adding things to it. One of my favorites is "don't worry, be happy". I used to listen to a song like that all the time when I was young. I even pestered my dad to be happy while he was frowning from work! This Wall of Words is a success!
I agree, this Wall of Words was a great idea, and people wrote things that we could really learn from. I'm glad people decided to join and write their own precepts because I really enjoyed reading them. My favorite quote they wrote down was "Let your smile change the world, not the world change your smile", because things can't make you feel bad unless you let them.
I didn't expect many people to put stuff on the wall of words but I was wrong! A lot of their quotes/precept were really good. My favorite one was "What is popular isn't always right; what is right isn't always popular". I'm glad the wall of words was a success.
This idea about putting a wall of words was really creative. That way, people could add in new precipts. I really liked how the book Wonder was an inspiration for the precipts. I really enjoyed writing the precipts as much as seeing what other people had written.
Making the wall of words feels like sooooo long ago! It is amazing that how many precepts and quotes are out there in the world. It was really fun making these because you could see how people were imaginative and made their own, or taking someone else's. I wonder if any more people want to write on the board?
